my cute husband is a big kid! this is a transformer that he has been wanting for a really long time! and he finally ordered it from ebay! he was so cute all night! he was playing with it all night as we watched tv! he loves the pose able fingers... notice the "thumbs up"!

this is Bear. she is so beautiful! my grandmother gave her to me the day i was born. i was told she had a white fur when i got her. i don't remember... i have always remembered her with all of the fur loved right off of her... we have been through everything together! when i went on my mission i was going to be brave and leave her home... i couldn't do it! i sent mom a letter and asked her to send her to me right away... she sits on this rack that says "my beary special friend". yes she is! :)

(sorry this picture is a bit fuzzy...) today we did our taxes and our amazing tax guy suggested that we look into buying a home. we have been thinking about it anyway... but this was the push we needed to make it start to happen. a friend of mine attended a workshop and was very impressed with this guy... so i called him! let the process begin! who knows what will happen... but it is worth a try!

last fall we had some very dear friends stay with us for a few months. it was so fun! well, i got them hooked on twilight! and for my birthday they created this "hero" wall in my scrapbook room! i love it! mmmm! these boys are so hot! hee hee!

happy valentine's day! these are the beautiful roses my sweet husband sent me this year! he was out of town, so he ordered them from proflowers.com. they arrived via UPS! how cool! they are so so pretty! i love roses, and i love getting flowers on valentine's!

i love the look of a freshly cleared walk! i used to dread shoveling my sidewalk! i am not sure what changed for me this year... but i actually enjoy it now! it doesn't take more then 25 minutes and it is so rewarding!

my all time favorite author is Anita Stansfield. i own every book she has ever written! kevin and i went out for dinner tonight to celebrate Valentine's Day and after dinner we went to Deseret Book to buy Anita Stansfield's latest book "Winds of Hope". i had leftover gift card money from my birthday/christmas. i am so excited to start reading it! :)

i served my mission in idaho! i loved it there! 13 years ago i met an amazing family that touched my life! the Severe's from Oakley, Idaho! they all had these darling little dolls! i loved them! so cute! so for valentine's day, they made me one! i love her! she is so symbolic of a wonderful phase in my life!

i am not a huge fan of snow... but tonight it was beautiful! it has been snowing off and on all day, and i couldn't resist taking this picture outside my front door. it sure is pretty, i just don't like to drive in it!
