today we did our taxes and our amazing tax guy suggested that we look into buying a home. we have been thinking about it anyway... but this was the push we needed to make it start to happen. a friend of mine attended a workshop and was very impressed with this guy... so i called him! let the process begin! who knows what will happen... but it is worth a try!
